Products - Completion Bonds
The promoters have to guarantee the completion of the House or the appartement, or where appropriate , the transformation or aggrandizement or the refund of the sums payed in case of resolution of contract for failure to complete.
The completion guarantee is imposed by article 12 paragraph 2 of the Breyne Law regulating home construction and sale of homes to be built or under construction.
